Return Policy
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of my small business, I do not accept returns or cancellations after 24 hours. I'm a one woman show, so please allow at least a 5 business day process time on all charm pieces. Orders are then shipped out on the following Tuesday or Friday. Purchasing faster shipping does NOT expedite my processing time, this will just expedite the shipping time once it's dropped off.
Store credit may be offered on pieces that have arrived defected. Photo evidence will need to be provided no later than 48 hours after the package was marked as delivered. Please send a email to wolfrumcompany@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. All shipping costs will need to be handled by the customer.
Absolutely no refunds will be offered on any purchase. No returns/exchanges will be offered if you order the wrong color or style. Please be careful when checking out to make sure everything has been selected properly.
Shipping: Once pieces are dropped off in the mailbox the responsibility of your packages is in the hands of the carrier system. I highly suggest international orders purchase shipping that has insurance. If your package is lost in transit a claim will need to be issued to the carrier. Store credit may be issued, this is on a case by case basis. Please note some international orders can take a few months to receive. Store credit will not include shipping, all future shipping costs will need to be handled by the customer.
If your package is returned to me due to address error, you will receive store credit. This amount does not include any shipping costs. Please be sure to double check that you inputted your address fully and correctly.
Orders that contain charms without the purchase of a chain have 48 hrs to pay your chain invoice before the order is canceled. Only store credit will be offered in these cases.
