Shipping policy
Wolfrum Company is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Once pieces are dropped off in the mailbox the responsibility of your packages is in the hands of the carrier system. I highly suggest all orders purchase shipping with insurance. If something has happened with your package, a claim can only be submitted if insurance was purchased. Store credit may be issued, this is on a case by case basis. If insurance was not purchased, no store credit can be received. Please note some international orders can take a few months to receive. Store credit will not include shipping, all future shipping costs will need to be handled by the customer. Absolutely no refunds will be offered.
I do not cover international shipping customs fees. Any customs or VAT fees upon receiving packages from Wolfrum Company will be covered by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to address error, you will receive store credit. This amount does not include any shipping costs. Please be sure to double check that you inputted your address fully and correctly.
